About me

I am a fifth year at the University of Cincinnati studying industrial design.  I am from a small town in Michigan, St. Joseph, missing living on Lake Michigan, but am enjoying the diverse culture of this university.

I am in love with the fuzzy front end,  hoping to go into a role in innovation, design research, or design strategy.

Through my experience with UC's NEXT Innovation Scholars and the University Innovation Fellows Program at UC, I have fallen in love with this kind of work.  I am excited to continue this work and use my traditional industrial design background to do something unexpected in strategy for my capstone.

Through UHP, I hope to be able to create change.  I think it will be able to provide me with unique resources to be able to impact both my community in St. Joseph, and my new one here in Cincinnati, as well as the world.

I value education, love, community, and religion and live my life through them.  I thrive exploring, being curious, and exploring the outdoors.  In my free time you can find me hitting some trails on my mountain bike or making sourdough bread.

Overall, I am very excited to further my education here at UC to become the best Global Citizen Scholar I can be.
